Bigtree New Materials Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is located in Nakornpathom, Rayong Province, Thailand, adjacent to National Highway 36, just 65 kilometers from Laem Chabang Port. The company covers an area of approximately 40,000 square meters, with a workshop area of 23,500 square meters. Bigtree has a professional production team and has established modern standard workshops equipped with a full-process production line from core layer to unfinished and finished hard wood flooring. we have complete control over the production process，focus on quality control at each step of the process.

We insist on producing core layer in-house rather than outsourcing. We conduct multiple moisture tests and drying treatments on incoming wood chips, strictly control gaps during panel width and length joining, repair each layer for knots, and core-cut them. We use environmentally friendly glue for bonding and enhance substrate stability through hot pressing. We strictly control the quality of the veneer purchased, and during the engineered wood flooring composite process, we ensure quality control and inspection at every stage: gluing, slicing, repairing, sanding, grooving, and painting, adhering to stringent standards.
